清蒸西蘭花 Steamed Broccolis

材料 Ingredients
西蘭花 Broccolis 1 磅 lb (450g)
鹽 Salt 1/2 小匙 tsp
清蒸西蘭花圖片


做法
1.西蘭花洗乾淨。削去莖部的老皮後切成小塊。
2.蒸籠裡水燒滾。將西蘭花放進蒸籠裡蒸3分鐘。熄火後再燜1分鐘。
3.取出西蘭花,加入鹽拌勻即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Wash the broccoli thoroughly. Peel off the tough skin of the stem. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
2.Bring the water in a steamer to a boil. Place the broccoli into the steamer and steam for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat. Do not remove the lid and sit for another minute.
3.Transfer the broccoli to a plate. Add the salt and mix to combine.
